1. Acceptable Use Guidelines

You agree to use our public proxy database only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Distributing malicious spyware, ransomware, or conducting DDOS attacks through index nodes.
• Bypassing global security setups to commit digital fraud or identity theft.
• Brute-forcing access credentials of external properties using our public nodes.
• Running aggressive scraping processes that intentionally crash small host web sites.

2. Database Index Disclaimer

Our free proxies are sourced through dynamic search loops matching publicly available ports. We do not own, maintain, or regulate the physical servers associated with these IP addresses. As such:

THE DATA IN OUR DIRECTORY IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, OR CONTINUOUS AVAILABILITY. INDIVIDUAL NODES MAY DROP OFFLINE AT ANY POINT.

3. Bulk Checker Operational Restraints

Our Bulk Proxy Checker Workbench runs processes in your local browser sandbox to determine node connection latency. You are responsible for ensuring that executing bulk health checks complies with your local jurisdiction guidelines and organizational routing policies.

4. Developer Pro Subscriptions

Paid developer pro API keys are licensed for personal or commercial development pipelines. Sub-leasing or reselling our unique API keys to third parties without written authorization from ProxyFlow is grounds for immediate termination of account access without a refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall ProxyFlow, its directors, or its tech partners be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from connection failure, data loss, security bans, or system downtime arising from using our listed proxies.

6. Jurisdiction Boundaries

These guidelines are governed by local network safety statutes. Any litigation arising from using our public catalog will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the regional court systems where ProxyFlow operates.
